These terms cover your use of GammaLine on the web and in the iPhone app. GammaLine is operated by Anthony Huntington (“GammaLine”, “we”). By creating an account or using GammaLine, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use GammaLine
You must be at least 21 years old. You’re responsible for following the laws where you live, including any laws about sports betting.
2. What GammaLine is
GammaLine provides sports research tools and statistical estimates. It does not accept, place or process bets, and nothing on GammaLine is betting, financial or professional advice. Estimates can be wrong, and past model performance does not predict future results. Any decision to bet, and any result, is yours alone.
3. Your account
Keep your password and recovery code private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You can delete your account in the iPhone app under Account > Delete account, or by contacting support.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribe until you cancel.
- Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel them from your account page.
- Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed and managed by Apple under Apple’s terms, including Apple’s standard license agreement. Refund requests for those go to Apple.
- If we offer a free trial, its length is shown before you subscribe and you won’t be charged until it ends. Canceling during the trial avoids the charge.
- We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell you before a change applies to you.
5. Acceptable use
Use GammaLine for your own personal research. Don’t copy, scrape, resell or redistribute GammaLine’s data or estimates, share your account, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Third-party data and links
GammaLine shows statistics and prices from third parties, including the MLB Stats API, ESPN, nflverse, Sleeper and FanDuel. That information can be delayed or inaccurate, and prices may differ in your state. Always confirm the line and price with your sportsbook. Team, league and sportsbook names belong to their owners; GammaLine isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Our content
GammaLine’s software, models, estimates and design belong to GammaLine. You may use them only as these terms allow.
8. Disclaimers and limits of liability
GammaLine is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, GammaLine is not liable for any betting losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending access
You can stop using GammaLine and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use GammaLine after an update means you accept it.
